Probably pearly penile papules. They are pretty common, harmless and I don-t think there-s anything you can do easily to make them go away. Or possibly Fordyce spots which I don-t think you can treat except perhaps laser treatment.

They-ll go away by themselves, your penis will fall off eventually.


Haha, no just kidding. It-s normal, wangs are like fingerprints, no two are alike. They-re probably just pimples or a skin condition. If you haven-t had unprotected sex, you probably haven-t contracted any kind of disease. If you are still freaked, go to a doc, don-t be embarrassed, I-m sure they-ve seen worse.

You should go for a check up on you-re penis. Because it might be a serious infection and im sure you don-t want anything to happen to you-re penis! Good luck =)
