If you-ve had sex within the last 2 months, it could be an STD. You may want to see a doctor if that-s the case.

However, if these bumps have been there for a long time, and/or you haven-t had sex in a long time (or never had sex), then those bumps are probably one of two things: pearly penile papules or Fordyce-s spots (see links). Both of these are normal and harmless, and nothing you should really worry about.

  • You may have pearly penile papules. This is common and normal and wont cause you any problems. Heres a link that should help:

How long will my penis be sensitive after my circumcision? -

Well, I-m 17 and I got circumcisised friday (March 27, 2009) and my penis is super sensitive. It hurts when its being touched and really starting to get annoying. Its almost been a week sincce the procedure! And I still feel the pain.I got it dont because sex was painful at times and my penis seemed like it was growing out of the foreskin. Everytime i get an erection it seems like my stiches are holding my penis together and hurts were my stiches are. Its super hard to sleep at night as well! Will someone please help me and let me know how to deal with my problem. How much longer will i have to deal with this pain? I also have like this bump under my glans. It kinda looks like a bent vein. But it leads like this puss from it to the middle under my penis.

  • How about you take some pain killers for the pain? They do help.
You JUST got circumcised. It might take two weeks for it to stop hurting.

The bump under your glans with the puss sounds like and infection so I would go get that to a doctor as son as you can.

Also the head will be sensitive for about a month or so. Eventually the head will loose most of it-s sensitivity. I was circumcised for 17 years and when I restored my foreskin I realized half my sensitivity was numbed over from my head being constantly exsposed. It takes a while but honestly enjoy it while you can because your orgasms get duller after the head gets less sensitive.

You should be able to walk comfortably now. Your penis should be bandaged 100% of the time for the first week and kept moist at all times. If not the scar will be much bigger and darker and more promonant. Keep it covered untill tthe stitches desolve.

  • You probably should have got circumcised on your own. I have an uncircumcised dick and it-s already starting to get circumcised. When ever I have an erection my foreskin falls back. I think in a matter of time i will have a circumcised penis. If you got it at the doctors or anywhere for that matter they should have told you ways to make it stop hurting or help it go away. It should go away within a month maybe.

  • Umm, they where supposed to give you medicine to prevent any kind of erection. They also normally give you very strong pills to avoid pain, what kind of doctor did you go to? These pills are given to you extremely often, and I must say, You-ll regret the circumcision later on.

  • it usually last 2 weeks. But it sounds bad, go to the doctor, or even better the hospital. they should have given you somethingto stop you from getting an erection.

  • You are trying to make it heal too soon, Son! You must not get the self dissolving stitches wet or they will dissolve too soon. Keep the area clean using Baby Wipes or Wet Wipes. Quit picking at it! It takes time to heal. Mine took 6 weeks from the date of surgery to completely heal. No sexual activitiy or sports for 6 weeks. Wear briefs to give everything a comfortable nest to rest in. Don-t wear tight jeans. Whenever possible, let AIR get to the area. Either go naked around home or wear a robe that you can pull open when you are seated to let air get to it. AIR heals it quicker than anything else. Once the stitches have completely dissolved - in about 3 or 4 weeks - you can mix (1) teaspoon of table salt into (1) cup of warm water. Dip penis into the warm salt water - keep it there until the water turns cold. May have to do it 2 or 3 days in a row - but it will take away the tenderness. DO NOT DO IT BEFORE THE STITCHES HAVE DISSOLVED!
