That would really depend on:
1.The size of the penis when erect (x) and
2.The girth of the abdomen when fully distended (y)
Once y-x, penile viewing would not be possible without external asistance via camera or other device.
So if the average guy has a 6inch penis erect (figures vary) and x=6. Then the girth from the pelvic bone outward of 6inches would be the radius.
