i am 14 years old and have a very small penis people make fun of me even girls do. when on hard it is 1 inch long and as thick as a pencil is there any way to make it grow

At your age it-s normal...it will grow up with your age...don-t worry you have enough time till 22 years of age....

Besides, you haven-t even finished puberty yet; when your body developing, every part of your body gets bigger..... Every part except your eye-balls. I-m afraid you just have to live with the way God made you. But penis size isn-t everything. There are alot of assholes out there who have big *****. Or you could try watering it, and give it a special name. maybe PeanutGo visit your doctor and explain to him your problem...he should be able to give you some kind of hormones or something to make it grow...you-re at the right age.Could always wait till you are 18 and get plastic surgery if absolutely nothing else works.It sounds like you have not started puberty yet, you should see your Dr. as he can decide the best way to approach this .
