Hi, sorry this is an embarrassing question, but I-m 13 and asian and my penis is around the average size of 2-3 inches. Will it grow longer because I really care. And if i can make it grow..how?

your just 13, you-ve probably just started or are half way through puberty.
Puberty is the time the penis grows most, if it grows more, it will do so within the next 1-4 years.
