How do penis pumps and penis rings work? -
With the use of a pump, once the suction of the pump artificially brings blood into the penis a ring is rolled off the shaft of the impliment and onto the penis near the stomach.. The penis will hold the trapped blood inside the penis as long as the ring is in place. The penis turns purple after a while with the ring holding blood inside.
The penis rings work the same way but they are put on by stretching them after the penis is erect and then leaving them in place until the intercourse is finished.
