If your foreskin is too tight to be able to be fully retracted when flaccid to wash under it then you need to consult a doctor about the possibility of getting circumcised.

you never see dude on here that are like -yeah mines 51/2 inches- its always 6 or 7 or 8 or 9in. in one case 35?? haha what a crock.

Yeah, but they tend to only measure it after people (usually a female) has said something about penis size. Like girls/women come on here talking about how tight their vaginas are after someone has said something to them about tightness.

then you wonder if they are measuring at the top or the bottom. The Bottom is longer.
