  • Those yellow lumps are either dried semen or something called smegma. Smegma is basically dead skin cells and body oils that accumulate under the foreskin. In small amounts it-s harmless, but you do want to regularly wash them away because in large amounts it can cause some irritation.

    So, every time you take a bath/shower, be sure to pull your foreskin all the way back. Then wash the area under the foreskin with water and a mild (and preferably scentless) soap like you would any other part of your body. If the smegma-s stuck to your glans (penis head), just soak it in warm water for a little bit until it becomes soft and can be washed away. If you glans is too sensitive to the touch at first, just rinsing with water at first should be okay.

    So don-t worry, there-s nothing wrong with you. Just have to clean under the foreskin at least once a day when you take your shower/bath. Not a big deal really, so ignore any comments/suggestions telling you to get circumcised.

    this is a pretty much personal question.
    well the clear way to clean it off would be your faucet to rub off the sperm skin coating and 2nd this only happens if you don-t clean your penis often then you must ejaculate quite often. it is ejaculate instead of masturbate. Masturbate is when no sperm comes out since you labeled yellow lumps then it has to be ejaculation.

As to cleaning your penis, I would suggest taking a bath, or washing it with a wash cloth. If the bumps are not semen or dried semen, I would ask your dad or go to a doctor.

  • Pull back your foreskin everythime you take a shower and wash your penis completely. That will keep it clean, and also infection free. You can also wash it after masturbating, or just masturbate when taking a shower!

  • when you shower clean under the foreskin really well and aftermasturbating just rinse it off and wipe you penis off with a towel
