I would tell your parents you have a stomach ache (this is one of those times when it-s probably better to lie!) and then tell your doctor what you did. He has tools which can remove the cotton.

Also, DON-T stick things in your urethra: that-s a real good way to get a urinary tract infection; and urinary tract infections in men have a nasty tendency to spread to the prostate gland -- and a prostate infection will truly make you wish for death!

Ouch! Yeah, don-t stick anything up your urethra (where urine and semen come out).
