It is not an infection. You are probably rubbing it too fast and it is dry. Use lotion or a lubricant the next time.dont do it then naughty!Hey bro its either due to an allergic reaction to the lubricant, you are using not using a lubricant at all. . or its a bacteria or fungal infection ..
Regardless of the cause its very easy to fix go to a pharmacy and pick up a tube of hydro cortisone cream ....rub it in twice a day for a week and it should clear it up ..
Also try using a different lubricant but always use a lubricant
wash and dry well after you masturbate ..and of course be sure to shower often and dry well there afterwards ..
If you dont wear boxers switch to them because you need more air to get in there ..
