The average adult male penis size is about 3-4 inches flaccid, 5-7 inches erect and about 4.5-5.5 inches in girth (circumference). Well, all that has happened is that your -lid- (foreskin) has stretched with use. It is meant to stretch in puberty anyway, to keep pace with the increasing size of your penis head (glans). In some boys this doesn-t happen and they can have problems trying to retract their tight foreskins.
You are functioning absolutely as nature intended, so you have nothing to worry about. Not every foreskin is the same length, so yours may sit naturally just partly covering your glans when your penis is soft. Mine is like that. Or, you may just need to pull it forwards after your erection has gone away (you will get these whilst you are asleep).
You can-t masturbate too much, by the way, so you don-t need to be concerned about that.

first of all there is no such thing as masturbating TOO much, and secondly what the hell is a penis lid? are you talking about the prepuce? bacause if you are then there is nothing to worry about, it will go back eventually, even if you continue to masturbate... just try to don-t think about sex and when your penis settles then pull ur lid up and keep pulling it for some time.it may be a bit painful but surely works {atleast for me}
