The above answer is mostly correct. It is similar to that. Actually, it would be more accurate to say that regular kegels are. When you stop urinating mid-stream, the muscle that stops that, clench that. That is how to do a regular kegel. Reverse kegels are similar to the sensation you have when one defecates relaxed. You have to -center- it to your penis however. Think of it like you are using your penis to take a dump. Disgusting I know, but that is the best way to describe it.

Generally, pull back the foreskin and wash the head and area underneathe with water and mild soap during a shower like any other part of the body. When you-re done, you can dry it with a towel if you want. If your foreskin doesn-t pull back easily, then washing the outside is good for the moment. Forcing a foreskin back is bad. okay. thers many ways you can fix this, considering that i-ve had this problem and fixed it many times.
1.even it up. switch some of your boxers, and make em boxerbriefs. not only are these more supportive, but they don-t run up. i prefer them, and plus if you-re with a girl, it really shows off your package. Also, if your in school or work, it holds in those erections.
2. Turn your boxers a little bit. Rotate your boxers somewhat, not to where it-s like giving you a wedgy, but to wear the flap accessable, but not causing any irratation.
