right now it is about 4 3/4 or 5 in. im am also not circumcised if that has anything to do with it. At 14 you shouldn-t be worried about the size of your penis. Average ADULT size is 5 1/2 inches. 4 3/4- is perfectly normal for 14. Some women do prefer circumcision some don-t , it-s just a preference thing, like liking big boobs or small boobs.

I personally think you-re a bit young to be having sex at 14, why rush it?
