I am 22 years old and wondering if penis girth increases with weight or age, and if not are there any exercises I can do to make it bigger please I am only 4.6 girth which is completely useless makes me want to literally shoot myself

First of all your girth is in the normal range. However the only way to have it made thicker is through surgery. 99.9% chance you are done growing at age 22, and there is no way to make your penis thicker.

4.6 inch girth is pretty average. I don-t know why you consider it useless, but you better get over that. You and your penis are going to be together for a long time, you might as well get along with it.

around 2 - 3inch.

its around 5 cm, mines unbelievably big and gets up to 7 inches but thats only coz i m bloody amazing.

there are no answers for this. i didn-t even start puberty until I was about 16, whereas my friend started at 13 and was done by 15, just about.... your body knows what it-s doing. trust it.

You can-t tell by how long their hands, feet or nose are, or any other measurement. You cannot tell at all how big a guy is erect by seeing their flaccid penis either. Well, I do this the shoe size is true.
