It makes me really insecure when getting close to females. It-s probably only 3 1/2 inches long, erect. Please give me some advice!
Well Sara D, to start i would change my name from sara to more of a boys name to began.Penis enlargement is one of those areas that is rife with scam artists, preying on people��s insecurities. There ARE methods that work, but you need to choose carefully.
There are 2 chambers (the Corpora Cavernosa) inside the penis which fill with blood when you get an erection. Penis size is limited by the amount of blood that these chambers can hold. The only scientific way to get a bigger penis is to increase the amount of blood these chambers can hold �C more blood in means a bigger erect penis.
Enlargement pills are probably the biggest scam. There is no proof, scientific or otherwise, that any of them work. The better ones increase blood flow, so should give you a stronger erection, but none of them will give you any extra size - because they do not increase the amount of blood the penis can hold.
The only method which can do this is enlargement exercises. These work by driving blood into the chambers (using your hands) and so gradually expanding them. By consistently doing the exercises for a few minutes every day, it is possible to get a longer and thicker penis.

LOL) My husband(although he is bigger than 3 1/2 in.) had a friend recommend something called natural gain to him and swore that it worked, so of course he had to try it. And I lost a bet, because I bet that it would not work. After about 3 weeks of him taking it I was in shock at the difference I felt when we were having sex, It was like I was with a different person it made that much of a difference. Now I can-t keep my hands off of him, lol.
