same thingg with my boobs but the thing is i look down and there huge and when i look in the mirror there even bigger lol

The front and back are unequal.

because then you look down it seems farther

it is called perspective
when you look down at your penis the the angle makes your penis seem smaller, also there is a fat pad just above your penis which does hide some if it from view when you look down

This is gunna sound insecure, obviously because I am, I-m 16 and I have been since January but my penis, when fully erect is only around 3.5 inches long and about 1.5 inches wide.

Is that normal?

Yes, it does sound insecure - but all males are insecure about that -- and its ok to be.

That is smaller than average -- but by no stretch too small to use, to enjoy and to give enjoyment with. Most men are between 4.5 and 7 inches.

NO TREATMENT MADE will increase your penis size -- they are all lies and gyps. The only thing that might help (there is some evidence) is regular masturbation. Srry to say that that is below the usual and that for 16 you will not grow much now!!! You might want to go to the doctor to make sure that it is because of your genes!!!! I amsorry but i am 14 and I am 6- erect!!

you are on the slow side. most males are over 34 inches when they are 12. i am 19 and my penis is 7 inches :)
