well i am uncut and well endowed and the females that have seen my penis don-t have a problem with it. the foreskin is the skin that covers the head normal. to pull it back you just pull all the skin back and just wash it with warm soapy water.

If you-re not sure what the foreskin is then you may not be uncircumcised. If you are uncircumcised, then the head of your penis will not always be visible. If you are circumcised, then the head of your penis will always show. Assuming you-re uncircumcised, just put a few fingers on your penis and gently pull back on the skin. Your penis head should appear and, keeping it retracted, gently wash the head with a towel or just lather your free hand with soap and gently wash it. Be aware that your penile head will be sensitive so be gentle and cautious. Hope this helps.

Pull back the skin covering the head, if it doesn-t go back it-s probably a little bit tight, so you can try stretching it back daily and it should get looser after a while. You need to rinse the glans underneath. I prefer uncut, but it doesn-t really matter.
