The size of a flaccid penis means nothing to anybody except for yourself. Stretching a flaccid penis will not help it grow at all. The only proven way to make a penis bigger is to undergo a -penis enlargment surgery- which involves pulling out the -hidden penis- in your groin. However, the size of a flaccid penis differs.
