It-s actually quite easy. You just roll back the skin and gently, but thoroughly, scrub it with a mild soap. If you use a soap that-s too harsh, like ivory or dial, it gets too dry and itchy and then makes itself moister. The object is to have the proper amount of good bacteria there and no bad bacteria. If you use an antibacterial soap, then all the bacteria is wiped completely out, leaving the bad bacteria to take over. It-s the bad bacteria that creates the foul odor. Just like normal underarms or breath, because the area is constantly moist, it-ll smell the worst right before you clean it. If you have been using an antibacterial or harsh soap down there, slowly phase it out. If antibacterial works for the rest of your body, then that-s still fine, have two bars of soap. It will take a couple weeks to get the proper balance of good bacteria restored.
Oh, and about chopping it off ? That would be a huge mistake. That-s like ripping out your teeth because you don-t want to brush them anymore. Sex without a foreskin is a lot like only being able to eat mashed babyfood... you start to miss the steak and apples.
DUH...that was the entire reason for circumcision. The buildup of smegma underneath the foreskin is not only smelly and gross but a cause of penile cancer. If you neglect this, you can get a serious infection down there and it probably won-t be very comfortable!!During your daily bath or shower, just pull your foreskin back and wash your entire penis with soap. Then rinse and put the foreskin forward again.
When you get out, pull it back again and dry.
