the girth should be in proprotion to the length. so a 5 to 7 inch penis should have a girth about 1.5 to 2 inches.

    Necrosis is a -deadening of the tissues- so keep the skin alive and healthy. Wash it regularly. There-s NO reason for anyone to get Necrosis except possibly from a CIRCUMCISION GONE WRONG! Then, yes, it does happen, sadly.

  • Necrosis (or death of tissue) of the penis can be due to several causes like a bad circumcision that becomes infected or to usage of hanging devices to try to elongate the penis which constricts blood supply.

    If due to a circumcision see your doctor, if from using lengthening devices then stop using them and see your doctor.

    Do keep an uncircumcised penis clean to avoid necrosis.
