I think what you are asking is do you tuck the penis down into the crotch of the underwear or do you lay it in and just let it fall as it will. Some guys tuck it and others just let it lay naturally in the comfort of the underwear. However if you wear boxers it is just going to flop around all day.

    I can tell you what is the minimum lenght needed for sexual satisfaction.
