There is no way to know because each guy grows at a different pace and different parts grow at different times for different guys, his penis might have grown first and then the rest of his body will follow or his penis is still growing. There is no way to know. But he has at least another 4 years to find out.

your -friends- penis may or may not get larger. i-m 14 now and had a 4 in. until i hit puberty at 11. i am now 5.5 inches long and i will stay there because i am almost done with puberty. if u are u wont change other wise
