How do i stop the area under the head of my penis, under the foreskin, from ripping? -
I was wondering how i stop the area slightly below the head of my penis to stop ripping and when it does rip, how do I fix it?
Read up about tight foreskins on the internet and you will find sites that show manual stretches that work. The idea is, if you stretch skin, it will grow. Stretching takes time and care so as not to do damage from too much tension. Check out the stretches that focus on more looseness in this area. Perhaps they are caused by masturbation (which is perfectly normal) and some additional looseness will resolve the problem. Start out in a warm bath or shower and let the skin warm and relax. Then, retract your foreskin using moderate pressure and hold it in a fully retracted position. After a minute or two, pull back a little harder, but not enough to cause pain. Hold this stretch for two minutes, and if you can, repeat again. Stop when it hurts. Pain is a sign you are doing damage so listen to your body. First results will show up in about two weeks, but the whole stretching process may take up to three months, depending on what results you want to achieve. This stretching is the basic process than many circumcised guys practice to restore their foreskins. I know it works because I am a restorer.
