There is no way of growing it. Exercising it wont do anything, because the penis has no muscle inside of it, but just blood. Thats why when your erect, you can hardly move it.

3inches is quite small, but if your girlfriend was really meant for you, the size of the penis wont matter to her. You-ll just have to accept it.

There is no way you can make it bigger. Sorry. Well there might be if you are circumcised and have a reallly really tight circumcision. Like painfully tight. Those people who say that,-skin should cover your glans,- are ridiculous.
