The development of pubic hair and the size of your penis are two seperate things. They have nothing to do with each other. There is also no real averages. Every guy is different. Some gain all their adult size by 14 others when they are older. A guy-s penis can continue to grow until around age 21. However most of it in many guys develops by around age 12-14. Some guys are late bloomers though. So don-t worry about it.

You-re probably not too far into puberty. You have a lot of growing to do so don-t worry. This is an interesting question, the exact answer for which may never be known with surety. Anyway here goes, I consider from association with porn, one porn star of repute in the 1980-s was 18 + inches.
