All sizes are -normal- and if you are under 21, you are still growing. Growth spurts are unpredictable so it may or may not grow some more. On average, studies show that most male penis growth happens ages 12-16 and ends around 17-18 and possibly up to 21yrs.
Just know that whatever size you end up having, there are women out there that are counting on you and your size because that-s what works best for them. P.S. - while its true that size does matter, it does not mean the male is completely responsible for making the woman sexually satisfied. Learn your partner or potential partners -love style-. Some -sexual personality- types MUST have full penetration and MUST have orgasms, others do not place big importance on that at all.
