    About the Technique
    The basic function of the Jelq technique is to lengthen and thicken your penis. By performing this easy exercise on a regular basis (4-5 days a week) it is possible, for example, that a man with six-inch member (erect) will add approximately two to four inches to the length of his penis.
    The Jelq exercise works by forcibly pushing an increased amount of blood into the Corpora Cavernosa (spongy tissue of the penis). By repeating this exercise, the spaces in the penis will continually stretch larger.

    Important Notes to Remember

    1. Perform a warm up before you begin the Jelq

    2. The selected lubricant should be Vaseline, skin lotion, skin oil or petroleum jelly. In no circumstance should soap be used!!

    3. The exercise should NOT be performed during a hard erection! If the exercise is performed in such a state vascular (vein) damage may occur.

    4. A moderate grip should be applied. If a hard grip is used some bruising and or the rupturing of superficial blood vessels could result. If any such problems should result, you should wait approximately 24-48 hours (or until the problem has healed) before continuing with the Jelq.

    5. Start out the exercise gradually, and slowly work up to an appropriate level. By doing this you will be able to minimize any slight bruising or red spots.

    6. If you feel the urge to ejaculate while partaking in the Jelq, squeeze the head and hold to discourage it, or simply stop the exercise for a few moments and wait until you have restrained the urge.

    7. Upon completion of each session perform another -hot wrap- with a wash cloth to arouse your penis and keep the increased blood held within it.

    Standard Jelq - Watch Tutorial Video

    Start by rubbing approximately one-half a teaspoon of Vaseline, skin lotion, skin oil or petroleum jelly in to both of your palms and penis. When performing this exercise your penis needs to be semi-erect, as a fully erect penis is of no use. If you find yourself becoming aroused simply stop the exercise until your full erection goes away.

    With your thumb and forefinger on your right hand, form an -ok- symbol. Once you have formed this symbol, take your thumb and forefinger and squeeze your penis shaft as close to your scrotum as possible. While maintaining a tight grip, pull your hand downward towards the top of your penis, stopping just before you reach the glans (head). As you slide your hand downward, the head of your penis should noticeably expand.

    As, or just before you release your penis from the grip of the right hand, place your left hand at the bottom of your shaft repeat this movement. This act should be continually preformed, switching from the right hand to the left in a -milking- manner. It is important that a tight grip is sustained around your penis with your thumb and forefinger as you perform this action, while the head of your penis expand as a result of the increased amount of blood flowing to the glans.

    Throughout the initial week of performing this exercise, limit the amount you jelq each day to around 10 minutes. After this initial week, try to work up your sessions to around 20 minutes a day. Than after about 2 weeks, work yourself up to jelq sessions that last 30 minutes or so. After about a 3-4 week period results should start to become noticeable.

    Massage your penis to an erection and flex your PC muscle to make it as hard as you can. Once fully erect, pump your PC 20 times to fully expand your penis as much as possible. Once you have formed an -ok- symbol with your thumb and forefinger, continue this performing approximately 20 repetitions of the standard Jelq, before preparing yourself for the Jelq and hold.

    Once ready, tighten you grip on your penis and pull downwards (towards the head of your penis) a little harder than usual If you are doing it firmly enough your hand should stop automatically when it reaches the head of your penis. Upon this happening, hold your position at the head of your penis for approximately 15 seconds, whilst slowly milking upwards with your opposite hand head of the penis hold this position for 15 seconds and then with the other hand milk again. Continue this procedure for as long as time or physical capabilities allow, (using your own judgment to decide when to stop) or else follow our detailed workout guides.

    Upon completion of this workout you and your penis should quite fatigued, and your penis should have a pumped up look to it. To cool down from this exercise, whilst ensuring maximum gains, continue by pumping your PC muscle several times, whilst slowly massaging your penis to gain an erection. Once you have reached the point of near ejaculation, flex your PC muscle as hard as possible, in order to eliminate any chance of ejaculation. Once the urge to ejaculate has passed, repeat the procedure a further 4 times in order to maximize the results of this exercise.

    Dry Milking - A Variation Of The Jelq
    Dry milking is often viewed as a variation of Jelqing, however unlike Jelqing, it is neither sexually stimulating or messy. Dry milking is both clean, and very discreet. This exercise can be preformed with ease at any time; whether it is before you got to bed, or after a nice warm shower.
    Similar to Jelqing, dry milking works by forcibly pushing an increased amount of blood into the Corpora Cavernosa (spongy tissue of the penis). With repetition, these spaces within the penis will continually stretch larger.

    The Power Stretch - Watch Tutorial Video

    The Power Stretch is an advanced exercise which should be attempted only by experiences penis enlargement users. We also recommend that, as a result of the intensity of the workout, you warm yourself up using any of the methods mentioned earlier in this guide before starting. Once you are ready, start out by standing in an upright position stretch your limp penis outwards by holding it on the head. After around 10 seconds in this position, tense your PC muscle (refer to Kegels guide for more information on this matter) for a further 5 seconds before moving on. Repeat this stretch and tense exercises in all other directions (left, right, up and down) before relaxing. Repeat this process as many times as you are physically willing, or else scheduled to do.

    The Power Stretch has the added benefit of allow you to stretch much more firmly than usual, and as such it can also help in the development of your PC muscle. This added advantage of the Power Stretch has made it quite a popular exercise and as such it is highly recommended to advance users. Finally, it should be noted that if you have had intercourse the same day as performing this exercise your penis may not respond as well due to fatigue caused by the exercise.

    The Site Down Stretch is an exercise used by many penis enlargement followers to gain in flaccid penis lengths only, and as such should not replace any other length exercise in your penis enlargement program. Start the exercise out by standing up a stretching your semi-erect penis (around 30-40% erect is ideal) out in front of your body, before pulling it as far as possible under your backside. Once you are ready, proceed to sit down on a relatively firm chair with your penis stretched underneath you for anywhere up to 30 minutes. This has become quite a popular exercise in recent times as it can be performed easily and discreetly whilst at the same time helping you gain confidence in the size and look of your penis.

    About the Technique

    Coupled with the Kegels and Jelq exercises found on this site (which both help to increase girth), we have developed a further guide to help you increase the girth of your penis. The exercise, known as the Horizontal Movement, is an advanced technique that is useful in not only help you gain more girth to your penis, but also helping you to increase your ejaculation control.

    To start the Horizontal Movement, apply lubrication liberally to both your hand and penis, before slowly masturbating yourself to gain a semi-erection. Once a semi-erection is achieved (this is important in allowing the blood flow freely), place your thumb and forefinger in a ring shape around the base of your penis and hold firmly. After about 10 seconds or so or holding firmly, take your free hand and simultaneously form a ring shape and grasp the head of your penis. Once you have both hands in position, slowly milk downwards along the penis (using the hand placed around the head), whilst maintaining the pressure at the base. Upon reaching the ��pressure hand�� located at the base of your penis, stroke upwards until your hands are in their initial starting points (this entire process should take around 2-3 seconds). At this point, you should be able to feel the blood situated within the spongy tissue of your penis, as it is slowly pushed towards the head.

    Continue this procedure for as many repetitions time or physical capabilities allow, (using your own judgment to decide when to stop) or else include in your weekly workout routine.

    Head Exercises - Enlarge Your Penis Head!

    It is a common cause of unhappiness amoung many men to have what they perceive (and what may well be) an inadequate sized head on their penis. Now, although this exercise should not replace any other in your routine (nor hinder it), needling can help to increase the size of your head. An important note to observe before starting this exercise though that this exercise has as its primary objective the aim to increase the size of your penis head when erect, and although flaccid gains may also be made, it is likely they will be much less significant than erect gains.

    To start this exercise out a warm-up is not required and instead we recommend that you perform this exercise after you have completed and cooled down from your main enlargement training of the day. Despite this though, we do recommend that liberal amounts of lubrication is applied to the skin and the head of your penis before starting. Now that you are prepared, sit down in a relaxed position and place your left hand around the base of your flaccid penis and leisurely masturbate yourself until your penis is in an erect state.

    Upon achieving a full erection, place your left hand at the base of your penis before slowly increasing to a firm grip. Continue by placing your opposite hand (your right hand to most) around three quarters up the shaft of your penis (just below the head), before slowly moving your other hand upwards behind it (do not let go whilst performing this process) and than slowly back down again. Repeat this action between 9-20 times each workout, or else as long as you are physically able and willing. Finally, keep in mind that this exercise should NOT be used to substitute any other exercise within your enlargement program.


    Testicle Exercises - Helping Them Hang
    The Testicle Treat is an exercise designed to help increase the blood flow to your testicles and thus your sperm count rather than enlarge your testicles (which appears to be impossible). Start this exercise out by wrapping your testicles in a slightly warm cloth (by no means hot!) for approximately 5 minutes. Once your testicles are somewhat soft and flexible as a result, continue by gently lubricating them with your favorite lubrication (baby oil for example). Proceed with this exercises by gently (remember that your testicles are vulnerable organs) pulling them in various directions for a period of 1-2 minutes. Finish up by applying some light pressure to your testicles (nothing hard) for around 5 minutes.


    Curvature Straightening - Fixing A Curved Penis
    A curved penis is a common cause of unhappiness among men, however it need not be. Although some people may find that they are affected by something known as ��Peyronie��s disease�� (a disease which causes the penis to appear curved or bent), most instances of a curved penis can be remedied.

    To remedy curvature within the penis we recommend an exercise known as the ��curved Jelq��. Start the curved Jelq out by rubbing approximately one-half a teaspoon of Vaseline, skin lotion, skin oil or petroleum jelly in to both of your palms and penis. When performing this exercise your penis needs to be approximately 70% erect, as either a fully erect or fully flaccid penis will be of no use.

    Continue by forming an ��ok symbol with your left hand, placing pressure upon the curve, as you slowly milking towards the head of your penis (i.e. if you have a curve to the right of your penis, try and milk toward the left). As, or just before you release your penis from the grip of the right hand, place your left hand at the bottom of your shaft repeat this movement. This act should be continually preformed, switching from the right hand to the left in a -milking- manner.

    It is important that throughout a tight grip is sustained around your penis with your thumb, and that you are continually placing pressure upon the curved part in your penis. Continuous repetition of this exercise will help ease, or remove the curve from ones penis. As a general guide small sets, of quick repetitions is ideal, and should be performed on a daily or weekly basis.

    Many men (in America particularly) have been circumcised from a young age, and without any consent naturally. This common practice is performed for cultural, and ��hygienic�� reasons, however there are also numerous downsides that come with its happening. For example, although the foreskin is often viewed as useless small piece of skin, however this could not be further from the truth. The male foreskin is a very sensitive and large piece of skin, and those who have not been circumcised are able to experience much higher sensitive when having intercourse and so on.

    However, there is hope for those of you who wish to reverse the procedure of circumcision, and it can if you wish to restore your foreskin, you too can feel the increased sensitive that you have been missing out on. To remedy a lack of foreskin, you don��t need a foreskin restoration product, foreskin restoration device, or foreskin restoration surgery, but instead we recommend an exercise known as the ��foreskin restorer��, which is outlined below.

    In order to start the foreskin restorer obtain a full erection via masturbation or erotica. Once a full erection is achieved, form a tight grasp, through the use of your thumb and index finger, around the base or your penis. At the base of your penis form a tight grip using your thumb and index finger. Without causing any major discomfort, proceed by pulling back firmly, towards your body, upon any loose skin around your penis. Once you have a firm, yet comfortable grasp hold your position for a total of 10 seconds before releasing. Continued repetition of this exercise for a total of 1-2 days a week will help naturally restore the foreskin you are looking for.

    It is however, important to keep in mind that the foreskin restorer will take some time to produce any notable gains. Building up a natural foreskin does take time; however when it is complete the greater sensitivity within your penis may well cause you to curse the day you had been circumcised. Finally, the Dry Milking exercise located on the front page of this site can also help in returning your foreskin to its original state.

    Stopping the Program - Maintaining the Gains
    About Stopping

    The following section of our program aims to outline the ways to assure that all gains made whilst on the program can remain permanent. Naturally, when contemplating stopping the program due to success, it is important that simply do not quit your exercises and that instead of doing this, you follow the cooling down process illustrated below to assure permanent gains.

    The ��cooling down�� process is designed primarily to slowly wean you off of the penis enlargement program completely. Rather than shocking your body, the following guide is designed as a gradual process �C a process that helps assure the permanency of the gains you have made.

    The Process

    Step 1: For the first week of the cooling down process examine your current enlargement program, and reduce the time spent time (or repetitions made) on each exercise and reduce it by approximately half. For example, if you spend 2 minutes on the Jelq each day reduce that to 1 minute per day, and so on.

    Step 2: For the following week of the cooling down process further cut down upon the amount of time/repetitions you perform, or else step back towards to beginners 5-7 minute program.

    Step 3: On the third week of the cooling down process you should perform only the basic Jelq for a total of 10 minutes per day. This should be done for the entire week, every day and without interruption.

    Step 4: Although from this point all gains should remain permanent, we do suggest that you occasionally perform a quick stretch or a couple of Jelqs whenever the time is available. We also recommend that you keep your PC muscle in shape by maintaining some persistence with regards to the Kegels exercises. These aspects are not required to maintain your gains, but they are recommended.
