Sounds like you are a typical normal guy, not sure what you expect it to do. Most guys average only 1/2 inch to 3 inches flaccid, and that varies for the guy during the day. So flaccid size is not relevant to anything regarding sexually erect size. Heck if it is really cold the little booger can shrink away to almost nothing. And some guys tend to -show off- in the locker room by thinking about sex a bit and getting a bit engorged so they look bigger flaccid than the other guys.
