So here is what I do:

1.Take a bath normaly and stuff
2.After Im done I wash my hands with soap
3.Take my foreskin and lower it till the head is revealed.
4.Rinse
5.pass soap
6.Rinse
7.Repeat 4-6
8.Done

you should use your face cloth to gently clean around the head to be sure you are getting all the bits off that naturally collect under the foreskin....then rinse well.....other than just using the soap and not a cloth, you got it down pat.

Do *not* use soap under your foreskin. Absolutely no need for it and it is really asking for trouble.

And the one with a vagina *certainly* would not dare stick soap in it (well, I hope so at least.)
