There are things given to us by nature that we wish it were not as it is. So first admit it. You may do some -pensercise- which may help. But I suggest you go with the saying -it-s not the size, but how many times you make it rise-. Make good then.

Actually, you can. There are a number of techniques that have been around for centuries that do work. The gains are progressive and do take time, but they work the best and most effective when you are young. Unfortunately, a lot of people just don-t know about them and our society is so hung up on any kind of actual sex education although we allow tons of porn and untrue information to bombard teens everyday. It-s a shame that we can-t talk openly about this kind of stuff even though sex (the not so healthy side) is so permeated in our culture we equate anything that has to do with the body to be sexual. Here are your options:
1) Surgery - but read online about people-s experience with penis enlargement surgery (augmentive phalloplasty) - the outcome is often unpleasant. At least one surgeon has published his results, but this should be regarded as biased. Here is the medline article:

2) Various creams - I believe these are unproven. Couldn-t find anything in medline to support them.

3) Exercises - From a physiological perspective, this does not really make sense. The tissue in the penis is not like the skin, which can be shaped and permanently expanded.


So, if you are absolutely committed, then surgery is your main option. I think you should really give it a lot of thought first, and talk to patients who are a few years out of the procedure, to see if they have been satisfied with the result.


There are other possibilities to consider besides enlarging your penis:
1) Become a master of o.r.a.l. s.e.x.. Some women are really hooked on large penisis, but not all. For others, they primarily reach orgasm through o.r.a.l. s.e.x. If a woman can please another woman, then a man with a small penis should also be able to. Just read everything you can about cunnilingus technique.

2) Double penetration. For some women, this is the ultimate sexual experience. Because your penis is small, she will be able to hanlde and enjoy your penis in her a.n.u.s. If you lay her on her back, insert a d.i.l.d.o. into her vagina, and slowly and gently work your penis into her a.n.u.s., you will be set up perfectly. When you thrust, your pubis will push the d.i.l.d.o. into her vagina, while your penis moves in her a.n.u.s. She will orgasm like a rocket, and so will you.

3) Date small women. Penis size is relative, a small woman (like my wife) could not handle a very large penis anyway.
