It needs to come out. However you don- nessisarly have to tell your parents. Get them to take you to the doctor, say stomach pain or watever, then go in alone, and ask doc to take a look. Or just tell your parent.s I think I would tell my doc though, because doctors are used to hearing things of the sort, and are not going to judge
