The answer is -regularly- and with gentle soap and warm water. If you are unfortunately uncircumcised, you must pull your foreskin right back to expose the groove behind the head and wash the area thoroughly at least twice a day. Well, it could be a few things. Do you rinse really well after using the soap? It could leave residue if you don-t.

If you are a young guy going for a school medical what might happen is that the nurse will check out to see if your testicles have dropped ok at the start of puberty .
