when measuring your penis it should be soft. stretch and measure from the tip to the pubic bone(ont the upper side).

At the moment nothing as no one has successfully managed to transplant a penis. But why would you want one unless you have no penis, size has nothing to do with sexual pleasure if what you have works as it should be happy.
