It depends what you are using. If it is pills I doubt that it gets much bigger. If you use a pump you can gain up to 2- but you mostly gain in girth. When using the pump you need to use it as often as possible and don-t over pump because the pump causes blood to go into that area and stretch it out. Its also supposed to increase your endurance. My girlfriend works ina medical office and says old people use it when they are not able to stay hard very long.
