Well, every time I put my penis upwards in my underwear, after a while or whenever I start getting an erection and the head slips out of my under so if I-m wearing a rough surfaced pant it hurts the head of my penis because the glands are exposed during the erection and my penis is 4 to 4+ inches long at an erection. Please help me because I-m curious and all guys are at this age.
