You can-t.

Ok it wont grow 3 inches in a month but it will grow about an inch. every day before you go to bed at night your self in the penis with vinegar, it is a natural solvent and causes grownth, and is a natural remedy for soar throats and such. You need to know how to do it without getting the itch that comes with it.
First clean it with like a bar of soap
Next take shaving cream and just rub it around and then rinse it off.(Sounds dumb but it softens up the hairs)
Then you put more shaving cream on and start to shave slowly and carefully.
Depending on how much hair there is you might only get a few swipes before you need to rinse the blade.
You may also need to add more shaving cream to an area to get it all off.

HINT: Avoid going over an area numerous time as it will cause itchiness. Make sure there is always shaving cream where you are shaving.

it is possible to get acne anywhere on your body. i tend to put a bit of pimple/acne cream on the spot and it usually clears it right up. just wash there more frequently with soap.

I don-t think its acne best see a doctor as soon as possible, mysterious rashes, lumps and sores on your genitalia should be sorted for both your own and your partners health.
