uslally the size of your penis is half the size of your foot.

so in other words. the first number is foot size that second is half the shoe size.

11=5.5cm
12=6cm

most 1 y/o-s have not gone through puberty so the answer would be 1 inch -- there would be no erection size because most people that age aren-t getting erections.
