If I understand your question correctly, you are not circumcised, and the skin is not retracting over the head....If I understand correctly, you have a little bit of a problem and should check with a doctor. The foreskin should move freely over the head and down the shaft. You should have been instructed as a little boy how to keep the skin loose and how to bathe properly.

well i had like the same and now i can pull it back easy still have loads and my top is still half coverd with foreskin.

What i did was in the shower cleaning the top and everytime i yust went abit down.
