1.) Your penis {erect}
2.) A tape measure

Get your shlong hard and put the tape measure at the base of your penis (near your balls) and measure how long it is.. One question, why do you want to measure it?

i-m 15 and my penis is 7.5-in lenght and 7-in girth, from what i-ve been reading thats way WAY above average especially for a 15y.o . am i measuring it right?

First off I don-t think your measuring right, unless you live next to a nuclear factory or Chernobyl. You start at the topside of the base (not the underside) and to the tip. Most guys measure underside and get like 8 or 7 when infact they-re about 2 inches off.
