When erect, from tip to base. You measure it fully but only the part that can enter a person. That means you can push down a little on the base to squeeze in a fraction extra. LOL

By opening your mouth

Get a ruler (6- if you-re not that big, 12- if you think you-re over average). Hold it against your pubic hair area (base of the penis) and then measure it to the tip. To find a more accurate measurement squeeze your erect penis (lightly) with the ruler so it straightens out completely. Then for girth you need measuring tape, and you just measure UNDER the head of your penis.

There-s really no way to tell. It could very well stay the size it is, or it could grow longer. It-s all a hormonal thing. You do not finish puberty until 18 to 21, so you still have plenty of time.
