was it from the top of the penis base to tip? or pubic bone to tip?
when measuring your penis it should be soft. stretch and measure from the tip to the pubic bone(ont the upper side).from where your penis and tummy meet up to the tip..
use measuring tape. rulers cannot measure curves.One would use measuring tape to get the curve. When measuring the penis you must measure the length not the height.
