You stick a ruler at the base of your penis. For an accurate measure you must do it from the top of the penis, not below.

Truthfully. really, if you cheat-you know and then you get to worrying about something you have no control of.
At the base of the shaft, start the CLOTH tape rule. Bend your erect penis down to where it-s about 120 degrees, (4 O-clock), and measure to the tip of the glands. Not down the penis but -as the bird flys-. If you follow the surface with the tape, you-ll get a slightly longer and incorrect reading.
WHY bend the erect penis downward? When you measure-measure your usable length and during sex-you will bend it up and down depending on the position and your ability to move around. SO-a straight up penis will loose you probaly about a half inche in length.
Then there is your girth. find your thickest point on your erect penis and measure it-s circumference.
L- x G- is a pretty good measurement for bragging rights.

To be accurate, in 1/4- increments ; in lieu of rounding up to the next inch as most men do.

Measure it with a ruler..That will give you the direct size

base to the top.
