13 years old - between 1 and 3 inches. Despite common belief, the teenage penis isn-t supposed to be over 3 inches, but is average for a 24 year old to have a 6 inch penis. You are 13. You have time to grow.

The average penis size for a 13 year old is 3 inches. It can be smaller, it can be bigger! no problem.
