Um depends what is causing them. Where are they and what do they look like?

It could be an STD, if you-ve had sex then see your doctor especially if it was unprotected sex and they-ve just shown up. could be genital warts or herpes I guess.

Other than that I can think of pearly penile pauples and Fordyce-s spots (you can look those up for pictures to see if they compare).

Do you have problems urinating. Does it hurt when you urinate. Is it itchy. If so see a doctor. It could be Genital Herpes
