If this is the case there isn-t anything you can do about it. Medicated creams like Neosporin is a HORRIBLE idea to do as it-s not meant to be used on the genitals and it can cause problems. The only time a penis head is perfectly smooth is when a man has a foreskin to keep it soft and healthy. I have restored my foreskin and I still don-t have a perfectly smooth head. It-s just a side effect of circumcision.

Lotion is also a bad idea since the oil in it clogs pores and blocks even more sensitivity.
