there is no way to tell how big you will actually be but you just started puberty so you will probably grow

You would really have to ask a doctor that. You are still growing at age 13. I do not know how tall you are yet.
Don-t worry about it. Look at the girls, some blossom early,
some late.
At birth the only thing that does not change or get bigger is your eyes.
