Those yellow lumps are either dried semen or something called smegma. Smegma is basically dead skin cells and body oils that accumulate under the foreskin. In small amounts it-s harmless, but you do want to regularly wash them away because in large amounts it can cause some irritation.

So, every time you take a bath/shower, be sure to pull your foreskin all the way back. Then wash the area under the foreskin with water and a mild (and preferably scentless) soap like you would any other part of your body. Umm, basically, just wipe up all the semen with tissue or a cloth or something. If you use lube, wipe up as much of that as well. If you don-t use lube, you can easily get by with just cleaning up the semen with a tissue or cloth.
