good question! I can tell you that riding bikes doesn-t present any problems at all, as long as you use -bike shorts- with the support that comes with them. As for riding horses, it-s never a problem as long as the horse is walking or at a soft trot, when he starts to run is when you-ve got some problems! If you-re an experienced rider, you-ll shift your position in the saddle away from your nutsack and put your weight in the stirrups, otherwise you will be bounced around.
