Just pull back your foreskin and expose the glans to the air for a few minutes a day. It doesn-t even have to touch anything, just having it exposed to the air will help. Over the span of a month or so, you should slowly get used to the sensitivity so that touching won-t be so uncomfortable.

If you-re following the logic of this, while erect penises are of different sizes, the difference is not nearly so much as when they are in their resting state.
