About 2 inches before errection and 5 inches during erection. The size of the penis will grow longer as you grow.

Josh... You are perfect son, as men are all different sizes. Your penis size will not be the same size as mine, nor does that mean your small or large. God gave us what we have, and we can-t change that. I will tell you that your penis size will more then likely grow because you have more testosterone to go through, that son is what makes the penis,testicles, pubic hair, chest hair, and beard growth. There is no such thing as average size. If there was who says who is average? Why him? And what makes him the average? You are far from small, and far from large as you your self probably already know by seeing other boys penis sizes, or even mens penis sizes. Basicly it-s all going to depend on when you started puberty.
I started when I was 14. So when I seen a couple of my friends who started puberty around 12-13, I thought I was pretty small compared to them.

But after awhile I caught up with them. It-s all when your body changes bud.I can tell you when I was 14. My erection was 4-.
So some kids at the same age could be smaller or bigger.

Well when a little dude is born the next day the doctor will strap him down on a form arms and legs then he will disinfect his penis then get a scissors and cut down and around or they have these clamps that clamp onto the foreskin and cut around the little dudes penis. OH did i forget to mention anesthesa? no i didnt because the doctors do not use it so as he is cutting the baby boy is screaming his head off.
For an adult to have it done they lay him on the table and inject anesthesa all around his penis. then cut down and around the foreskin to remove it then the doctor will stitch up the two cut ends and recovery time is 4-6 weeks.

The way I-ve seen it done is as follows:

They strap the baby down, then they get two pairs of tweezers and forcibly separate the foreskin from the glans. The penis then begins to bleed profusely. When this separation begins, the baby starts to scream and struggle.

After the foreskin is separated, the doctor uses a special clamp to protect the glans while the foreskin is cut. The doctor then takes a scalpel and cuts down the top of the foreskin. Then he cuts around it. Then the clamp is removed by unscrewing it.

Finally, the baby-s penis is cleaned and bandaged.

The baby-s screams and struggles continue throughout the whole operation, which takes about ten minutes.

Unless they accidentally cut into a major blood vessel they don-t use stitches when a baby is circumcised - the skin of a baby-s foreskin is not yet fully developed into a double layer as it is in an adult, so it needs no stitches.

There are several methods. My sons were circumcised with a Gomco clamp, which puts the scar further down on the shaft and a scalpel is used to remove the excess skin. A Plastibell uses string and lets the skin and die then fall off and puts a scar just beneath the head. There is the mogen shield the the skin is stretched beyond the head and the shield is slipped on and a scalpel is used to remove the excess skin. There are two or three new clamps, so there are a several ways to get the snip.
